Therapy is a little easier if you don’t need to spend too much time explaining your concerns to your therapist. I don’t have a silver-bullet solution to much, and neither does anyone else. But you may be looking for someone who will “get it” sooner rather than later.

My work centers on marriages in crisis, the effects of affairs, the damage of pornography addictions, the hopelessness of mood disorders (depression, anxiety etc,), the frustration of inappropriate anger and the paralysis caused by low self-acceptance.

For more than 30 years these have been my goals in helping people through the pain, trauma, and challenges that life inevitably brings. I believe it is how we respond to these universal experiences that shapes who we are and the direction of our lives.

My biggest passion is empowering teenagers to find the resources needed to get through an age of puberty changes, peer pressure, changing schools and making new friends, as well as transition to adulthood

I am a registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and with the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor with a focus on health, and a
